Cancellation Policy

INFORMATION & STUDIO GUIDELINES Oksana's School of Art Welcome to Oksana's School of Art. Our mission is to provide a focused, respectful, and inspiring environment where students develop strong artistic skills, discipline, confidence, and creative thinking. The following policies ensure consistent studio operations and a positive experience for all students and families. TUITION & PAYMENTS — Tuition is billed in advance on a 4-week cycle through automatic payment. Enrollment reserves a weekly seat in class. Tuition is required whether the student attends or not until proper written cancellation is received. Declined, late, or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension until the account is brought current. ENROLLMENT & SEAT RESERVATION — Enrollment guarantees a dedicated weekly seat. A minimum 7-day written notice is required to discontinue classes. Tuition continues during the notice period. Reserved seats may be reassigned once cancellation is processed. MAKEUP CLASSES - Makeup classes may be scheduled by appointment within one year of the missed class date. Makeup sessions must be arranged separately and cannot be added to the student's regular class time. Missed or canceled makeup appointments may be forfeited. SUPPLIES — Students are responsible for required supplies unless otherwise specified. All materials should be clearly labeled. Unclaimed artwork or personal items remaining more than 30 days may be discarded or recycled. ATTENDANCE & BREAKS — Consistent attendance supports steady artistic progress. Extended absences do not hold a seat without continued tuition payment. If enrollment ends, the reserved seat may be offered to another student. STUDIO CONDUCT - Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, classmates, and studio property. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from class without refund at the discretion of the School. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE / CHILD SAFETY — Students must be dropped off and picked up promptly.
